Rules & expectations for exhibitors:

• Exhibitors are responsible for tables, racks, etc. for booths.

• Tax number must be displayed in clear view of all personnel at your booth.

• Spaces are not reserved; they are issued on a first-come, first serve basis.

• Vendors stakes or markers placed in the courthouse lawn prior to 4 p.m. on the FRIDAY preceding the festival will be removed.  Setup may only take place after 4 p.m. on that FRIDAY.

• All food booths shall be set up in the parking spaces along East Hamilton Street.

• Fees shall be paid to the Edmonton-Metcalfe County Chamber of Commerce staff at 10 a.m. the day of the festival.

• No vehicles will be permitted in the courthouse lawn.  No exceptions.

• Limited electricity is available. 

• Spray paints, silly string, snap pops, smelly gas, hair color spray, pop guns, and other objects considered to be offensive by the Edmonton-Metcalfe County Chamber of Commerce are strictly prohibited.  Violators will be asked to leave immediately; booth space payment is non-refundable.

• All exhibitors will be expected to sign a waiver at time of registration.

7:15   Registration for 5K Run/Walk at Bowling Park Community Center across from McDonald’s

8:00   5K Race/Run

8:00 – 9:00 – Registration at the Wagon for Biggest Pumpkin, Pumpkin Decorating and Carving, Costume Contest

9:00 Registration for Antique Tractor Show near Old Jail contact Joey Martin 590-1219

9:00 – Costume Contest for children up to 12 years of age (Wagon in front of Butler Funeral Home)

9:30 – 9:50 – Registration for Kids Parade  at ESB Main Office

9:30     Performance by MCHS Band  in street in front of Chamber Office

10:00 – Kids Parade with Ronald McDonald leading the parade

10:30  Books & Magic with Ronald McDonald At Metcalfe County Library

10:30  Pumpkin Pie eating Contest  In front of Metcalfe Drugs

11:00 – Homemakers Cake Walk (in front of Metcalfe Drugs)

12:00 noon Pumpkin Chuckin Contest Contest at Metcalfe County Fair Grounds

1:15 Tractor Games in front of Metcalfe Drugs/Chamber Office

2:30 pm   Jessica’s Dance Studio , MCMS Dance Team, & MCHS Dance Team

3:00 -5:00 pm Children’s  Talent Show (first  20 entries accepted) 

5:00- till finish – Karaoke (first 25 entries accepted)
