30th Annual Metcalfe County Pumpkin Festival

                We are looking for Arts & Crafts Vendors, Food Vendors, & More!

    8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

This year we are projecting a record number of visitors to the

Pumpkin Festival, which means extra foot traffic for your booth!

Join us as we celebrate 25+ great years of food & fun on the square!

•Exhibitors should bring tables, racks, etc. to set up your booth.

•Also, display your tax number.

• Spaces are not reserved – but are on a first come basis. Please do not ”mark your space” or “set up” before 4:00 pm on the FRIDAY before the Festival. Any stakes, markers, etc. will be removed if placed before 4:00 pm. FRIDAY

• Food Vendor  Booths will be set up in the parking spaces on East Hamilton Street. . All others may set up anywhere else in the courtyard.

•Fees will be collected around 10:00 a.m. on Saturday

•Please do not bring cars/trucks/vans into the courtyard.

• Limited Electricity is available.

•Animals are not allowed.

ATTENTION VENDORS:  Please do not bring or sell spray paints of any kind, silly string or other similar products.  Be it know to all Vendors: We will not allow anyone to sell-Snap-Pops, Smelly Gas, Hair Color Spray, Silly String, Pop Guns, or any other object considered to be offensive by the Edmonton-Metcalfe County Chamber of Commerce. Anyone selling these items will be asked to leave and booth space money will not be refunded.  It is highly objectionable and does not project the image we want for our festival.  As a participant (vendor) in this event, you are required to sign a waiver holding us harmless from fault (when fee is collected).
